If you have a PS3, and 70 million do, chances are you played The Last of Us, the bleak action-adventure game from Naughty Dog. And if you’ve played The Last of Us, chances are you’ve been waiting for the game’s DLC to drop. Because there’s no release date, you’ll still have to wait ... but at least you’ll have this trailer to give you something to distract you before diving into yet another multiplayer round.

This trailer is a prequel to the events of the game, so here we get to see a younger and more lighthearted Ellie (motion-captured by Ashley Johnson) as she re-meets an old friend, Riley.

According to Gamezonemuch of the gameplay takes place in a mall—which is where, as we know from the game, Ellie was attacked. We don’t get any of that in this cinematic trailer, though. What we see are two young girls, one of them more armed than the other.

Because it’s cinematic trailer, we don’t get any actual gameplay. But from what we know from the The Last of Us, we can expect to see more of Ellie ... and not much more of Riley.
