There was a royal air at last weekend's Star War Celebration Orlando, with Princess Leia seemingly on every convention-goer's mind. We caught up with some of those Leia lovers -- including plenty adorned as their royal highness -- to find out just what the Princess, and of course Carrie Fisher, mean to them.

As you'd expect from such a thoughtful fandom, the answers are truly heartfelt and moving, including the story of one Han-dressed man, who tells us about how his own daughter views the Princess as a role model: "She went from being a princess -- a damsel in distress -- to running the show. And that shows that anyone can do that."

Towards the end of the video, we also hear one fanboy's dream about what he'd like to see from Leia in Episode VIII, likely her final Star Wars appearance. We won't spoil it, but let's just say he wants her "to go out with a bang."

Whether that's the case or not, as this video proves yet again, Leia will always be a part of the Star Wars universe, and Fisher will always be alive in the hearts of her fans.
