We still don't know what the heck Disney has in store for Star Wars Episode VII, but rumor has it the long-awaited sequel could bring back original stars like Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford. So how much does Hamill know right now?

Hamill answered a few questions for E! Online and revealed he doesn't even know what the storyline will focus on this time around, which will determine if he decides to return. But it does seem like the idea of having a different actor pick up the Luke Skywalker torch remains a possibility.

Speaking for himself and fellow co-star Carrie Fisher, he said:

"We have questions about it. And really, they're not even at the stage where they're able to answer those questions because, as far as I know, is there a story yet?

...Until I know more about what they have in mind, I think it's better to let Lucasfilm make the announcements. If they were going to do a story where Luke was too young or too old for me to play, they would get an age-appropriate actor. There's so many good people."

So, there you go, Hamill seems to be in the loop to some degree but is about as clueless as the rest of us. We know he knew about the potential for new films a while back, but he doesn't know what they'll be.

For our sakes, hopefully he'll stay this chatty once he knows a few more details.

What do you think? Do you want Hamill and the original cast back for the new films?
