The bloody new trailer for director Joe Lynch’s (Knights of Badassdom) Mayhem has dropped. Starring Walking Dead alum Steven Yeun, the horror thriller premiered earlier this year at SXSW, where it garnered positive buzz.

Yeun stars as Derek Cho, a law firm employee who gets unjustly fired from his job and discovers the building he works in is being put under quarantine because of a dangerous virus that makes the victims act on their deadly impulses. Cho joins forces with a former client, who also has a grudge against the law firm, and “savagely fights tooth and nail to get to the executives on the top floor and settle the score once and for all.”

Written by Matias Caruso (Numbers), Mayhem also stars Samara Weaving (Ash vs. Evil Dead), Steven Brand (Teen Wolf), Kerry Fox (The Crimson Field), and Dallas Roberts (The Walking Dead). Featuring some violent footage, the trailer makes the movie look like a cross between James Gunn’s The Belko Experiment (released last year) and Resident Evil.

Mayhem will be released by RLJE Films in the U.S. in select movie theaters and on VOD and digital HD on Nov. 10. Check out the trailer, and let us know if you plan on catching Joe Lynch's new film.
