We’re four days away from the Season 2 premiere of Stranger Things, and the drop date can't get here soon enough. Netflix has unveiled yet another poster and promo for the critically acclaimed series that sees the Shadow Monster looming menacingly over our cast of characters.

Featured in the poster and right beneath the scary new monster are Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown), who is seen using her psychic powers, Chief Hopper (David Harbour), Joyce (Winona Ryder), Will (Noah Schnapp), Steve (Joe Keery) with Lucille his new baseball bat covered in nails, Nancy (Natalia Dyer), Jonathan (Charlie Heaton), Dustin (Gaten Matarazzo), Mike (Finn Wolfhard), Lucas (Caleb McLaughlin), and new kids on the block Max (Sadie Sink) and her brother Billy (Dacre Montgomery).

Sadly MIA from the one-sheet is Bob Newby (Joyce’s new boyfriend), played by The Goonies’ Sean Astin. But hey, the pumpkins we previously saw in that other poster are back, and this time they’re covered with stuff from the Upside Down. Then there's the fact that the promo shows a sleeping Will dreaming of the Shadow Monster. Or is he?

Season 2 picks up a year after the events of the first season. It’s now 1984, the kids are dressed up as the Ghostbusters for Halloween, and the town of Hawkins, Indiana, is about to face a greater threat than the Demogorgon itself when Stranger Things returns on Friday, Oct. 27.
