Do you ever have nostalgia for nostalgia? In that case, Universal Studios has a spooky holiday treat for you. This fall, the Hollywood theme park (along with Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Singapore) is revisiting Stranger Things’ first season during its Halloween Horror Nights.
The Netflix show’s premiere plotline will be the subject of the first of nine planned mazes this year, starting guests in Mirkwood then taking them through Hawkins National Laboratory and into the Upside Down.

Halloween Horror Nights runs from Sept. 14 through Nov. 3, but its first maze — replete with Demogorgon and the collaborative abilities of series creators Matt and Ross Duffer along with executive producer Shawn Levy — looks hard to top. Especially when you don’t know which way is up.
Following in the footsteps of the similarly potent crossover horror hit that is The Walking Dead, Stranger Things may be looking to turn this Halloween Horror Night into a permanent attraction as it leads up to its third season.
