The 2018 Game Awards had plenty of crazy announcements and winners — so many, in fact, that there are even more yet to unpack for genre-loving gamers. Intense questions like “Who will join Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’s already stuffed roster?” and “Will PUBG release anything new to go along with that cinematic trailer they just launched?” were answered with trailers, trailers, and more trailers. Some long-awaited games and exciting new favorites also made appearances, and we’re looking at all the best ones below.

First, let’s be clear: We know who the next DLC fighter is for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Joining the Piranha Plant in combat is Persona 5’s Joker. Sorry, Waluigi, but it’s anime’s turn to shine.

Check it out:

The thief showed off some of his flash during the stylish trailer, with plenty of voiceover from his team that may or may not show up during the fight. These DLC packs are still nebulous as to when exactly they’re dropping, but this should be added incentive for fans of the RPG to grab the brawler now that it’s been released.

Another released game announcing new features is PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds. The battle royale game is on its way to the PS4, but it’s PC players who’ll be benefitting from the recent announcement. Just in time for the holidays, the wintery Vikendi map will be hitting the test servers — featuring snowmobiles and new weaponry.

Take a look:

The frozen lake and bridge-featuring map will official launch on Dec. 19 on PC, and then come to consoles on January.

Beyond that is a game that’s pushed gamer patience to its limit, releasing in February of next year. Anthem, from Mass Effect studio Bioware, dropped a trailer for its multiplayer mecha game that gave more of a story to the shooter-based gameplay than we’ve seen thus far.

You can watch it below:

Showing off some massive creatures, the importance of teamwork, and mysterious and evil Anthem, the trailer unveils its Thanos-like villain. Here’s hoping he won’t snap everyone into oblivion when the game arrives on Feb. 22.
