Syfy is bringing two series back next season, and prepping a freaky new anthology with Jamie Foxx that should give us chills this Halloween.

The third season of Being Human ended this week, and Syfy has now confirmed the hit series will be back for 13 more episodes next season. In overall ratings, season three averaged 1.8 million total viewers, including 1.1 million Adults 18-49 and 1.1 million Adults 25-54. The show is also a Top 10 cable program in its time period among both key demographics.

The unscripted series Ghost Mine will also be back next season, after raking in solid ratings the past year. The 13-episode season season will follow the ragtag team of miners and paranormal investigators as they keep on digging for gold and ghosts in Oregon’s creepy Crescent Mine.

Looking ahead to Halloween, the network is teaming up with Oscar-winner Jamie Foxx to executive producer a new five-episode horror anthology in the vein of Tales of the Crypt and The Twilight Zone. The series will debut in October, during Syfy’s 31 Days of Halloween. The half-hour episodes will tell “creepy morality tales with themes such as envy, jealousy and superficiality.” Sounds like fun.

Here’s how Foxx described the project:

“This is a project that I’ve wanted to do for a long time and I’m so happy to see it come to life. Get ready to lose it when some special friends and I bring the scares this October, and who knows… maybe I’ll make a guest appearance or two along the way!”

These renewals and new projects join the several other Syfy announcements today, as part of the network’s up-front presentations. Here is a rundown of new pilots in development, along with some high-profile projects from Bryan Fuller, Ronald D. Moore and Robert Zemeckis. Oh yeah, plus some pretty cool miniseries.

Which of these series are you most looking forward to?
