Look who's covering Comic-Con? Why it's Lois Lane!

Teri Hatcher, who played the intrepid Daily Planet reporter for four seasons in the '90s on ABC's Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, turned up at the annual confab cosplaying as her small screen alterego.

"I had such an amazing experience at #sdcc! I can wait to share a special video with you on my YouTube channel later... stay tuned for more updates...," Hatcher wrote on Instagram next to a gallery of photos of her in Lois Lane mode interviewing other cosplayers, including one dressed as Catwoman.

The 53-year-old actress dropped by Comic-Con on Thursday for LAIKA Live, an exhibit celebrating the 10th anniversary of Coraline, the Oscar-winning 2009 animated movie for which she voiced the role of Coraline's mother, Mel Jones, and Beldam/Other Mother.

Wearing a grey suit and holding a microphone, Hatcher strolled the convention floor and taped some footage for her web series, Van Therapy, which will air at a later date on her Hatching Change YouTube channel. She posed for snaps with several adorable young superfans who were a mere twinkle in their parents' eye when Lois & Clark was TV's It couple alongside Ross and Rachel and other '90s staples.

Like Lois, Teri has always had a soft spot for the Man of Steel so it's no surprise she made the trek down to San Diego.  She even publicly expressed her desire back in April to see The New Adventures of Superman revived in this - the age of reboots.

"I know I have a lot of fans that would like to see the whole show rebooted, so maybe that'll happen, Hatcher told EW. "Dean [Cain who played Clark Kent] and I both still have really warm feelings about our whole experience on the show. So who knows!"

Considering the show ended on a cliffhanger when a Kryptonian baby with a Superman symbol was dropped on Lois and Clark's doorstep, never say never!

Hatcher's last appearance in the Super-verse was playing Ella Lane on a 2010 episode of Smallville and the villainous Queen of Daxam for an eight-episode run on the CW's Supergirl last year.
