With the sneak peeks Tessa Thompson and Chris Hemsworth are giving us of the upcoming Men in Black film, we have to hope no one with a neuralyzer shows up at our door any time soon. The two have been doing an excellent job of teasing the film, from sharing their travels from the set to that of Avengers 4 to giving us an initial image of themselves as MIB agents. Now we have an even better idea of what the two will look like in the movie thanks to a photo Thompson shared on Instagram Friday from the set.
The photo shows Thompson, who will be playing Agent M, and Hemsworth, who will be playing Agent H, walking in a desert dressed in classic MIB style. They’re wearing the suits, the sunglasses, and even have umbrellas to help them deal with the sun above. Thompson captioned the photo “Buds in Black.”
The new Men in Black movie is directed by F. Gary Gray and also stars Rafe Spall, Kumail Najani, Rebecca Ferguson, Emma Thompson, and Liam Neeson. According to EW, the film will introduce MIB’s London headquarters where Neeson is the head of the group. Thompson meanwhile will be back reprising her role as Agent O, who first appeared in Men in Black 3.
Those basics are all we know for now. We can only hope there will be more hints from Thompson and Hemsworth about both Men in Black and Avengers 4. After all, Thompson also gave us a post Avengers: Infinity War update on Valkyrie, so their must be more on the way right?
The new Men in Black is set to arrive in theaters June 14, 2019.
