The best deals on PS4 for the week ending September 9

Bungie and Activision have just released the new expansion Destiny 2: Forsaken, and it’s blowing up social media. We were given a review copy, and we can tell you that it’s absolutely, positively worth picking up if you’re a fan of the game.

With the sadness that accompanies the end of the long weekend and the beginning of school, you’re definitely going to need to distract yourself with some games and movies. We’re here for you! Fear not, because, in addition to Destiny 2: Forsaken, PS4 has some great deals for you this week, though there are fewer than other weeks. Here are the best deals on the system for the week ending September 9, 2018.

Before we begin with games, you should know that if you want to change your avatar or theme on PS4, there are a ton of deals right now, including the Hypnotizing Wolf Theme, Infinite Space Travel 4K Dynamic Theme, the Rainbow Shooting Cat Avatar (our personal favorite), and more! These are for PlayStation Plus members, and you can get most of these for a buck or two. Let us know which ones you choose!

PlayStation Plus members can also get a ton of deals right now on Assassin’s Creed games. You can pick up Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag Gold Edition for $16.49 right now, down from $49.99. If you want to grab the Assassin's Creed: Chronicles Trilogy, you can do it for a mere $24.99. There are some PlayStation Network games you can snag as well. Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: China is out for $3.99, down from the original $9.99. You can also get Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India for $9.99 or Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: Russia for the same price. If you’d like Assassin’s Creed V: Black Flag, the full game, you can get it right now for $9.89, down from the original $29.99. You can get the Assassin’s Creed V: Black Flag Season Pass for $39.99. If you’d like Assassin’s Creed: Origins - Extra Large Helix Credits Pack Add-On, you can get it for $34.99, down from $49.99. Want Assassin’s Creed: Origins - The Curse of the Pharaohs level? You can get it for $19.99. You can also get Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate - Jack the Ripper level for $10.49, down from $14.99. There are a ton of other levels out that you can pick up on the cheap, so make sure to check out the deals section if you’re a huge Assassin’s Creed fan.

If you’re not a PlayStation Plus member, there are still some great deals for you. You can pick up Final Fantasy IV: Royal Edition Bundle for $19.99, down from the original $49.99. You can go another way with Human: Fall Flat - Total Bod Edition for $5.99, down from $14.99. You can get Manhunt for the PlayStation Network for $8.99, down from $14.99. You can also get some Grand Theft Auto action. Right now, the full game of Grand Theft Auto V is on sale for $19.79, down from $29.99. You can pick up Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas for PSN for $8.99, down from $14.99, or you can get Grand Theft Auto Online Starter Pack for $19.49, down from $29.99.

Maybe you’re in the mood for a good flick. In honor of the September 14 release of The Predator, there are some great deals on the movies leading up to it. Right now, you can get a bunch of them really cheap! Predator, Alien: Covenant, Predators, Alien, Aliens, Alien vs. Predator, Predator 2, Alien3, and Alien Resurrection are all on sale for $2.99. You can also get Alien vs. Predator: Requiem and Prometheus for the same price. Are you into getting all of the Alien films? You can pick up the Alien 6-Film Collection, which includes Alien, Aliens, Alien3, Alien: Resurrection, Prometheus, and Alien: Covenant for $36.99, down from the original $49.99. You can pick up the Predator Triple Feature with Predator, Predator 2, and Predators for $13.99, down from $29.99.

Finally, if you would rather see some dinosaurs and the people who love them, you can pick up the Jurassic Park 5 Movie Bundle. The deal includes Jurassic Park, The Last World: Jurassic Park, Jurassic Park III, Jurassic World, and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom for $39.99.
