The cast and crew of The Expanse weren't able to make it to New York Comic Con since they're currently filming, but they released a new behind-the-scenes look for fans teasing things to come in the fourth season.
The new video, courtesy the show's new home on Amazon, shows production now underway. There are new looks for the main characters and some new sets, including Amos' (Wes Chatham) machine shop. The teaser also shows off some interesting, Western-influenced concept art.
Take a look for yourself.
The show, based on the best-selling book series by James S.A. Corey, aired its first three seasons on SyFy, adapting the first three novels. Season four is expected to cover the fourth, Cibola Burn, and follow up on the major power shift at the end of season three. The show's producers have said that characters who are not focused on in the book will appear.
The series follows humanity after it has colonized Mars and the asteroid belt, and Earth, Mars and the Belt are at odds.
“We'll have some fun and really exciting stuff to show you,” said Steven Strait, the show's lead and a producer.
The fourth season of The Expanse is expected to hit Amazon Prime Video in 2019.
