The CW has placed an order for more episodes of three of its new fall shows: the Charmed reboot, the Vampire Diaries spinoff Legacies, and football drama All American, the network announced today

Charmed will get an additional nine episodes, bringing its total Season 1 episode count to 22. The other two get three more apiece, bringing their debut seasons to a total of 16 episodes. In particular, Charmed has been particularly strong in the ratings, "which has seen its linear ratings more than double in key demos in Live+7 viewership," per The CW's release.

Legacies, on the other hand, is the third most streamed show of the fall season (Charmed is in fourth place). The spinoff series also has the distinction of being "the best new series launch ever on The CW’s digital platforms."

The CW has been busy with a flurry of activity lately. Just yesterday, it was confirmed the network would reboot USA's Manifest-esque program, The 4400. Two days ago, they revealed an adaptation of Vertigo Comics' The Survivors’ Club.

For its midseason lineup, the network will see the release of two new shows — Roswell, New Mexico and In the Dark— and the return of The 100 , Jane the Virgin, and iZombie. No premiere dates have yet been announced for these series.
