The Expanse fans, rejoice! Our episodic podcast with the creators launches February 1st

Dec 18, 2018, 4:00 PM EST (Updated)

We're weeks away from the premiere of Season 2 of The Expanse, and as the show and books both continue to garner critical praise as well as shout-outs galore, now seemed like the perfect time to announce some news: Syfy Wire introduces The Churn, The Expanse's after-show podcast.

Are you excited? You should be, because every week, authors and The Expanse universe creators Ty Franck and Daniel Abraham (aka James SA Corey) will be joining me and Adam Swiderski (both of us die-hard The Expanse book and show fans) to break down every nook and cranny of each episode. What was cool? What wasn't? What blew our minds? And where did it come from? We'll be discussing it all.

And, if that's not enough, what if we told you that we'll also be joined by special guests from the cast and crew of the show as we dive deep into the world of The Expanse and get the details on what went into each episode direct from the source? It's true. All of it.

Each episode of Syfy Wire's  The Churn will go live Wednesday nights immediately after that evening's East Coast airing of the show, starting Feb. 1 with the two-part season premiere.

Be sure to keep an eye out on our Twitter and Facebook for updates and info and to submit your questions for the creators and cast, and join us, the OPA, the Rocinante crew, the protomolecule, and the people who dreamed it all up each week for an in-depth look at The Expanse .
