The Maze Runner trilogy comes to an end in two weeks with the release of The Death Cure. This installment will focus on Thomas (Dylan O'Brien) and the other Gladers infiltrating the Last City to save their friends, all while being pursued by Janson (Game of Thrones' Aidan Gillen) and WCKD (World In Catastrophe: Killzone Experiment Department).

In a new clip we see Thomas, Newt (another GoT alum Thomas Brodie-Sangster), and Minho (Ki Hong Lee) barracading themselves in a room from Janson and his armed cronies. While it seems like they're trapped, Thomas gets the bright idea to smash a window and jump out of it, despite the fact that they're pretty high up.

The clip ends with Janson cutting the door open and the guys taking a leap of faith right out of the gaping hole. Like most good teasers, it cuts to black before we see how they'll survive the jump, so we guess we'll just have to buy tickets to this one when it's in theaters.

Maze Runner: The Death Cure is directed by Wes Ball (who directed the first two movies) and opens in theaters January 26. Kaya Scodelario, Dexter Darden, Nathalie Emmanuel, Giancarlo Esposito, Jacob Lofland, Barry Pepper, Will Poulter, Rosa Salazar, and Patricia Clarkson all return for this sequel. Walton Goggins is a new addition to the film as Lawrence.
