The revolution against the Axis powers is starting to gain some genuine momentum at the most dangerous time in history. A new trailer for Amazon's adaptation of Philip K. Dick's The Man in the High Castle dropped online today and it teases the show's third and most ambitious-looking season yet.
Since Dick wrote only one book, we're now in deep and uncharted territory, where the Third Reich is attempting (with the help of Doctor Mengele) to open gateways to other realities, so that they can conquer them as well. Last we saw of the Aryans, Himmler (Kenneth Tigar) and John Smith (Rufus Sewell) basically took control of Germany after the death of Adolf Hitler (Wolf Muser).

One specifically shocking moment shows two metalworkers smelting down the freakin' Liberty Bell as Robert Childan (Brennan Brown) notes that the Nazis are attempting to purge American history off the face of the Earth.
Meanwhile, Juliana Crain (Alexa Davalos), operating on behalf of Hawthorne Abendsen (Stephen Root), aka the Man in the High Castle is standing up to fascism, screening impossible footage of an Allied victory to the downtrodden masses.
"We can end it, I know we can," she says in her unbridled optimism.
Japan's Trade Minister in the Pacific States of America, Nobusuke Tagomi (Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa), got a taste of our own reality last season and is now on Juliana's side to create a more peaceful world built on freedom and acceptance.
