The sickest sci-fi film ever made gets an even sicker sequel

Some called The Human Centipede the sickest sci-fi movie ever made. Just in case you've forgotten (hey, watching it WAS traumatic), the film was about a doctor who sewed together six people end to end to create (how shall we put this delicately?) a single continuous food passage. But for director Tom Six, that wasn't sick ENOUGH.

Earlier this year, Six promised a sequel that would make The Human Centipede look like My Little Pony. But since the first film, according to the director, stirred up "people who want to sterilize me, that say that I'm worse than Hitler, people who say I should be shot"—is that really such a good idea?

Check out the trailer for his follow-up, The Human Centipede Part 2 (Full Sequence) and let us know whether you think you (and your stomach) are up for it.
