Puppet Master: Axis Termination is going stringless for its feature-length premiere on Robert Rodriguez's El Rey Network on Halloween Eve. This 11th installment of the long-running cult horror series that began in 1989 is directed by series creator and Full Moon Features founder Charles Band.

Here's the official synopsis:

In this final chapter of the Axis Saga — which began with Puppet Master: Axis of Evil and continued with Puppet Master: Axis Rising — everyone’s favorite pint-sized puppet anti-heroes — Blade, Pinhead, Tunneler, Jester, Six Shooter, and Leech Woman — join forces with a secret team of psychics working as Allied Operatives. Teaming up with Toulon’s bloodthirsty marionettes, these unlikely allies face off against a new pack of evil Nazis and their even more malevolent Axis Puppets in a showdown that will decide the future of the free world!

As a lead-up treat to the full cut's debut, indie publisher Action Lab is offering up the final chapter of its Puppet Master comic saga on Wednesday, October 18. Puppet Master: Curtain Call #1 is the grand finale of their story arc printed over the past two years, as the ancient demon god Anapa appears to take a last stab at conquering the world.

"I'd like to think that new readers would find a fun, sometimes brutal, horror comic about killer puppets that they could really invest in," writer Shawn Gabborin told Comiclist. "Whereas people who have read the PUPPET MASTER ongoing series or know the films will hopefully feel a sense of completion. This story wraps up everything I've set in motion, as well as closing out a few items from the film franchise."
