Is it too early to get excited about Halloween? Hell no! Especially when you have the all-new season three of IFC's horror-comedy Stan Against Evil to look forward to.

The trailer of the quirky show was unveiled today at San Diego Comic-Con showing some very strange-looking new demons, vampire love dramas and possessed puppets running wild in the cursed New England town of Willard's Mill.

Writer/comedian Dana Gould created the unique show, which is not too dissimilar to Starz' Ash vs Evil Dead but with its own twisted style. You can watch the clip for the third season below:

The new season is said to pick up immediately after the events of the season two finale, with Stan (John C. McGinley) and Evie (Janet Varney) back in Willard’s Mill dealing with the consequences of Stan traveling through time to save his dead wife Claire.

That's when literally all hell breaks loose, as he inadvertently opened a portal between the Land of the Living and the Land of the Dead… allowing evil forces to truly take over the town and even some of its inhabitants.

Although always the skeptic at first, Stan must work with Evie to once more save the town – even if it means making an actual deal with the devil. New and returning guest stars this season include Scott Adsit, Maria Bamford, David Koechner, Christopher Mintz-Plasseand Eddie Pepitone.

Season three will premiere Halloween Night at 10PM on IFC. Season one is available to stream on Hulu and will be joined by season two on August 17.
