TV THIS WEEK: Being Human, Lost Girl season finales and more

It's goodbye week for several of the supernatural creatures of cable as Syfy's Being Human, Lost Girl and BBC America's Being Human end their seasons on explosive notes.

Also this week, ghost hunter Grant Wilson begins his final run of episodes on Ghost Hunters, DreamWorks commissions some really big boots from the Monster Man, Martin discovers a new pattern in his son's numbers on Touch, Michael gets closer to finding out what happened with his accident on Awake, Walter travels to the altverse on Fringe, Nick learns his partner is dating a Hexenbiest on Grimm, and Tyrion tries to flush out a spy on Game of Thrones.

Monday, April 9

Being Human (Syfy) 9 p.m. - "It's My Party and I'll Die if I Want To"

Season-two finale! It's a killing spree for the roomies as Josh decides to kill Ray and Aidan plots to take out Mother. Meanwhile, Sally is wracked with guilt over shredding the other ghosts.

Lost Girl (Syfy) 10 p.m. - "Blood Lines"

Season-one finale! Bo goes on the hunt for her mother as secrets are revealed and a war looms between the Light and Dark Fae.

Wednesday, April 11

Ghost Hunters (Syfy) 9 p.m. - "Frighternity"

Grant's final investigations begin! Grant has announced that he's leaving the show, but not quite yet. His final investigations kick off with a trip to the University of Rhode Island's Lambda Chi fraternity house, and the Ghost Hunters delve into the USCGC Taney in Baltimore.

Monster Man (Syfy) 10 p.m. - "Wee Boots"

Clive and the team take on an out-of-this-world challenge as Jackass star Jason "Wee-Man" Acuña gets turned into an alien. And the DreamWorks PR team wants the gang to create 12-foot-tall Puss in Boots boots for an event.

Touch (Fox) 9 p.m. - "Entanglement"

When Martin's laptop is stolen, the theft leads to a Salvadoran woman's quest for revenge, a Saudi Arabian girl's fight for independence and a Montreal doctor's connection to a stranger on a train.

Michael investigates a murder from the past. Meanwhile, a tip leads him to an abandoned warehouse that may have a connection to his life-altering accident.

Friday, April 13 (aka Friday the 13th)

Fringe (Fox) 9 p.m. - "The Consultant"

Walter travels Over There to the altverse to help investigate a Fringe event he believes affects both worlds. Elsewhere, David Robert Jones continues his villainous ways and sets his sites on a new target.

Grimm (NBC) 9 p.m. - "Love Sick"

Nick and Juliette's double date with Hank and his mystery date leads to shocking developments when Nick realizes his partner is dating the Hexenbiest who tried to kill his Aunt Marie. Don't you hate that when that happens?!

Being Human (BBC America) 9 p.m. - "The War Child"

Season-four finale! The Old Ones arrive with hopes of destroying the world, and it's up to the sups to thwart their evil plan.

While we don't usually cover Saturday morning kid's shows, it's worth mentioning that Nickelodeon has a new series premiering called The Legend of Korra (11 a.m.), which continues the story of Avatar: The Last Airbender by following the adventures of 17-year-old Korra, who attempts to restore peace and harmony to the world through her abilities to control the elements.

Sunday, April 15

Game of Thrones (HBO) 9 p.m. - "What Is Dead May Never Die"

Tyrion tries to find the spy at the Red Keep, Sam Tarly gives Gilly a parting gift and Catelyn proposes an alliance to Renly Baratheon in the Stormlands.
