The CW has been slow-rolling its superhero line-up, and the latest Arrowverse show returns this week with Legends of Tomorrow — now with 100 percent more Constantine on the time-traveling team.

Legends will be in good company on the schedule, with new episodes of Arrow (presumably introducing new baddies the Longbow Hunters in earnest), Supergirl, The Flash, and Black Lightning (which looks to now be the sole black superhero series left standing in the wake of Netflix's recent Luke Cage cancellation).

Along with supers, The CW also can't stay out of the vampire game for long, either. The new sexy, supernatural soap Legacies makes its debut this week, picking up where The Vampire Diaries and The Originals left off.

Looking beyond the net-let, NBC has new installments of breakout genre hit Manifest and the afterlife comedy The Good Place; FX has a new episode of American Horror Story; AMC has a new episode of Rick Grimes' final season on The Walking Dead; BBC America debuts a new Doctor Who; SYFY has a new Z Nation and Van Helsing; and a whole lot more scattered around the dial.

Check out our full rundown below and let us know what you'll be watching.
