Thanksgiving has arrived, and though a few shows are taking it easy for the holiday week, most genre programming is still fresh — including some nifty marathons that will come in handy while we all absorb pounds of turkey, dressing and pumpkin pie.

The Arrowverse sleeps for no Turkey Day and has new episodes of everything from Arrow to Supergirl. Sunday's loaded day of genre stuff is also on point, with The Walking Dead's midseason finale, Doctor Who, Outlander and more. Digging deeper, NBC keeps peeling back the mysteries of Manifest; Midnight, Texas is new; and SYFY's Friday block of Van Helsing and Z Nation is slaying some all-new monsters.

As for the holiday marathons, the annual Thanksgiving marathon of Mystery Science Theatre 3000 ran a few days early, but there's still plenty to see. SYFY has a mini-Futurama marathon, Sundance has a Jaws movie marathon, TNT has a Hunger Games marathon, and FX is running a whole bunch of animated family flicks in case you need some background noise between meals on Thanksgiving.
