Sure, most eyes will probably be on the news this week — Tuesday is Election Day, after all — but there's still plenty of geeky stuff to keep us busy and distracted from reality as needed.

The big story is on Disney Plus this week, where an all new episode of The Mandalorian is rolling out. The streamer also has a new episode of its Space Race docu-drama The Right Stuff. CBS All Access has a new episode in its future-set season of Star Trek: Discovery and The CW continues its jaw-dropping march toward the Supernatural series finale.

Digging deeper, AMC has an all-new night of zombie thrills with new episodes of Fear the Walking Dead and The Walking Dead: World Beyond; Showtime has the network premiere of recent horror flick Brahms: The Boy II; SYFY has a Futurama marathon on Election Night if you're looking to tune out the news; and Fox has a new Simpsons and Family Guy. Of course, we've also flagged plenty of fun genre movies on the dial.
