Fringe signs off forever, and Syfy's powerful Mondays are back, along with Syfy's other powerful days of the week. Continuum premieres, while Being Human, Lost Girl, Face Off, and Ghost Hunters return with new seasons.

Also this week, a shaken Oliver tries to rebuild his confidence on Arrow, Castiel tries to save an angel on Supernatural, Sister Jude has new inmate trouble on American Horror Story: Asylum, a new reality series puts miners and paranormal investigators in a haunted mine on Ghost Mine, Marcus tries to surrender the Colorado on Last Resort, Rebekah's back on The Vampire Diaries, Archer returns for a fourth season with amnesia and a wife, Uther returns to haunt Camelot on Merlin, Darth Maul wants vengence on Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Syfy's Tasmanian Devils cause trouble for some skydivers, and a stranger crashes in Storybrooke on Once Upon a Time.

Here's what we have to look forward to this week on sci-fi, fantasy and paranormal TV.

Monday, Jan. 14

Continuum (Syfy) 8 p.m. - "A Stitch in Time"

New series! Kiera Cameron is a cop in the year 2077 who accidentally hitches a ride to 2012 when several terrorists who are set to be executed escape into the past. That leaves the technologically superior Kiera with only one option. Take out the terrorists before they can change the past and perhaps destroy the future, and then get back to the husband and son she loves. The Canadian import stars Rachel Nichols, Erik Knudsen, Matthew Kellog and Victor Webster.
