We're getting close to the end of our summer series, and the launch of all those lovely fall shows, and to reflect that, we're beginning to see hints of things to come. Shows like Humans are ending their seasons this week, while both BBC America and FOX are beginning to run preview features for upcoming shows. This means we get both a Doctor Who marathon and a preview of Minority Report in the coming days.

Check out the week in TV below. What's on your watchlist?

Teen Wolf (MTV) Monday, 10 p.m. - "Ouroboros"

During San Diego Comic-Con, Teen Wolf was renewed for a sixth season, making it one of the most reliable series in MTV's stable, but how much longer will it be a hit? The second half of Season 3, in January of 2014, marked the show's live viewer peak, with nearly 2.5 million viewers, but recent season haven't lived up to that. In fact, the Season 5 premiere a few weeks ago marked the first season premiere in which the show didn't reach 2 million live viewers, and the season hasn't hit that mark at any point so far. Teen Wolf is slipping, but it's far from done. It remains one of the strongest cable series out there for the 18-34 demographic, and Season 6 will likely continue to capture that. The question is: How much longer can this show sustain itself? Check out a preview of this week's episode below.

The previews kick off with American Horror Story creator Ryan Murphy's new horror-comedy show Scream Queens, then continue with the sci-fi show Minority Report.

The Strain (FX) Sunday, 10 p.m. - "Identity"

The Strain was one of last summer's biggest new shows, and while this summer hasn't been quite as robust, there's still good news. Ten of last season's 13 episodes managed more than 2 million live viewers, and no episode this season has been able to hit that mark, but the show's demo scores remain strong, and its DVR performance is where it's really excelling. The most recent Live+3 numbers show a 67 percent increase in the show's demo score, and a 63 percent increase in its total viewers, both numbers that will grow with Live+7. The Strain might not pack the punch of its first season anymore, but it's still doing a well enough to merit a third season order from FX. Check out a preview of this week's episode below.
