TV THIS WEEK: True Blood premieres, Zero Hour returns and more!

The vamps and Bloody Bill are back for a sixth season of HBO's True Blood, and ABC revives the canceled Zero Hour to burn off the rest of the show's episodes this summer on Saturday nights.

Also this week, Defiance gets a blast from the past, the Alphas cause trouble on Teen Wolf, Steve's ex-boyfriend gets caught in the middle of an artifact hunt on Warehouse 13, the Ghost Hunters return with season 9.5, Jack's suspicions of Will grow on Hannibal, Kiera must deal with a Liber8 prison break on Continuum, a cruel queen causes trouble on Sinbad, dealing with a sea serpent proves a challenge for Evan and the fledgling anomaly hunters on Primeval: New World, and Charleston prepares for an alien attack on Falling Skies.

Monday, June 10

Defiance (Syfy) 9 p.m. - “I Just Wasn't Made for These Times”

After the Razor Rain storm, Nolan and Tommy find an American astronaut who was believed to have died in 2013.

A friend of Stiles' vanishes. Meanwhile, the search is on for the missing Boyd and Erica.

Warehouse 13 (Syfy) 10 p.m. - “Runaway”

In the middle of a prison break, Pete, Myka and Steve hunt for an artifact that may have volcanic properties, only to run into Steve's ex. Back at the warehouse, Artie is struck deaf.

Total Blackout (Syfy) 9 p.m. - “All Bark, No Bite”

Three women complete against an Army veteran.

Ghost Hunters (Syfy) 9 p.m. - “The Ghost Hasn't Left the Building”

Midseason premiere! Ghost hunter Amy Bruni returns to the fold as the team heads to Louisiana for the premiere of season 9.5 to investigate the Shreveport Municipal Auditorium, where the likes of Elvis Presley and Johnny Cash once played.

Paranormal Witness (Syfy) 10 p.m. - “The Lost Boy”

A childless couple find themselves being haunted by the spirit of a young boy.

Save Me (NBC) 8:30 p.m. - “Holier Than Thou

When a local hospital is threatened with closure, Beth tries to save it but doesn't get much support from her friends who've had it with her holier-than-thou attitude.

Hannibal (NBC) 10 p.m. - “Relevés

When the BAU team link Abigail to her father's murders, they set out to arrest her, only to discover that Will has checked her out of the hospital. Meanwhile, Will's hallucinations intensify, as does Hannibal's manipulation of Jack.

Continuum (Syfy) 10 p.m. - “Split Second”

Liber8's interference during a prison transfer causes a difficult reunion for Kiera and Carlos. Elsewhere, Alec receives a tempting partnership proposition.

Saturday, June 15

Zero Hour (ABC) 7 & 8 p.m. - “Chain; Suspension”

Summer burn-off alert! Anthony Edwards' canceled series returns with a two-episode premiere to finish out the remaining episodes on Saturdays. With 10 episodes remaining of the 13-episode season, and the producers' promise that the series will complete the mystery involving clocks and clones at its core, it might not be bad summer entertainment. First up, in “Chain,” Laila helps a wounded White Vincent with hopes of escaping. Meanwhile, Hank agrees to help White Vincent find the next clock if he releases Laila.

Sinbad (Syfy) 9 p.m. - “Queen of the Water Thieves”

When Sinbad and the crew of the Providence are captured by water thieves, the adventurer tries to outsmart the thieves' cruel queen, Razia.

Evan and Mac delve into reports of a prehistoric sea creature near a disputed First Nations territory, while Dylan mulls over Evan's job offer.

Falling Skies (TNT) 10 p.m. - “Badlands”

With the two-year anniversary of the alien invasion approaching, the people of Charleston prepare for an attack. Meanwhile, a sniper attack by humans causes confusion, and Anne suspects something's wrong with her baby.
