The dead return to walk again ... The Walking Dead, that is. The horror series returns for the second half of its second season picking up right where it left off. We'll also get to see the two-hour premiere of Steven Spielberg's The River, and Amy Acker guest-stars on NBC's Grimm.

And this week, the team hunts for a guard on Alcatraz, Josh connects with a new pack on Being Human, Bo tries to stop a Fae-involved hit on a human on Lost Girl, the TAPS team investigates a notoriously haunted mansion in Ghost Hunters, Vivica A. Fox and Sam Huntington guest-judge on Face Off, Klaus throws a formal ball on The Vampire Diaries, Valentine's Day and some angry spirits of witches causes issues on The Secret Circle, and Archer gets a nifty spy car for his birthday on Archer.

Also, Olivia and company get trapped in a town on Fringe, there's an evil clown who gives evil clowns a bad name on Supernatural, Merlin is turned into an assassin on Merlin, Paul questions why he was spared on The Fades, Syfy explores a new adaptation of Jules Verne's The Mysterious Island, it's Beauty and the Beast time on Once Upon a Time, and a new series about comic book geeks premieres on AMC, called Comic Book Men.

Here's what we have to look forward to this week on sci-fi, fantasy, paranormal and spy-fi TV.
