TV THIS WEEK: Walking Dead, Revolution midseason finales and more

It looks a lot like war this week as the midseason and winter finales bring us The Walking Dead headed for a big battle, Revolution's much-awaited clash, and Once Upon a Time embracing the good vs. evil of it all.

Also this week, the Huntress arrives on Arrow, Castiel wants to be a hunter on Supernatural, Sister Mary Eunice believes there's a dark angel at Briarcliff on American Horror Story: Asylum, it's still Thanksgiving on Last Resort, Sheldon and Wolowitz battle about a parking spot on The Big Bang Theory, Elena and Stefan break up on The Vampire Diaries, Vincent may be a murderer on Beauty & the Beast, Mark Pellegrino guest-stars on Person of Interest, Holmes investigates an explosion on Elementary, Audrey tries to figure out how to change her fate on Haven, dragons and wasps prove a lethal combination on Syfy's movie Dragonwasps, and Whoopi Goldberg guest-stars on 666 Park Avenue.

Here's what we have to look forward to this week on sci-fi, fantasy and paranormal TV.

Monday, Nov. 26

Revolution (NBC) 10:01 p.m. - "Nobody's Fault but Mine"

Midseason finale! Will Charlie finally rescue Danny, and will Monroe get all the power? And will Charlie discover her mom's alive? We've been promised a Monroe vs. Miles showdown. Questions will be answered, but will it be enough to keep us interested until the show returns in March? We will see.

Wednesday, Nov. 28

Arrow (The CW) 8 p.m. - "Muse of Fire"

Huntress alert! DC Comic's the Huntress (Jessica DeGouw) pays a visit to Starling City and manages to raise Oliver's temperature while causing more than a little trouble. Elsewhere, Tommy turns to Laurel when things get difficult for him.

Supernatural (The CW) 9 p.m. - "Hunteri Heroici"

It's a disaster of comic proportions when Castiel decides he wants to become a hunter and joins Sam and Dean on their latest case, which involves a man whose heart bursts through his chest. And that's only the latest weird murder that seems to resemble a cartoon death.

Ghost Hunters (Syfy) 9 p.m. - "Due Date With Death"

Jason and TAPS investigate the Rochester Public Library and discover a shocking 15-year-old secret.

American Horror Story: Asylum (FX) 10 p.m. - "Dark Cousin"

This series continues to get its freak on as Sister Mary Eunice comes to believe there is a dark angel at Briarcliff. Meanwhile, Kit tries to reunite with Grace.

The Science Channel's Dark Matters: Twisted but True (9 p.m.) delves into the Unabomber, people being poisoned by leaded gasoline and an experiment where people are mocked for their beliefs. And on a double-header of Syfy's Deals From the Darkside (10 & 10:30 p.m.), the hunt continues for dark objects, including what might be a rare executioner's sword and human bones that might have been the result of a Middle Ages torture device.

Friday, Nov. 29

Last Resort (ABC) 8 p.m. - "Big Chicken Dinner"

It's Thanksgiving for the crew and the islanders. However, things turn sour when a crew member finds himself accused of a crime.

The Big Bang Theory (CBS) 8 p.m. - "The Parking Spot Escalation"

Sheldon and Wolowitz go to war when the university assigns Sheldon's parking space to Wolowitz due to his recent space trip.

The Vampire Diaries (The CW) 8 p.m. - "My Brother's Keeper"

Big breakup alert! Could this be the end for Elena and Stefan? And the beginning for the newbie vamp and Damon? Well, luckily, among all the angst there's the annual Miss Mystic Falls Pageant, which has April as a contestant this year. Elsewhere, Jeremy begins having vivid nightmares.

Beauty & the Beast (The CW) 9 p.m. - "Out of Control"

Cat's after a killer and J.T. is trying to figure out what's going on with Vincent's blackouts. Hummmm ... Meanwhile, Evan is snatched.

Lost reunion alert! Mark Pellegrino guest-stars as half of a contentious married couple, both whose numbers have come up. Pellegrino and Michael Emerson both starred in Lost not all that long ago.

House's Lisa Edelstein guest-stars on an explosive new episode of Elementary, which involves Holmes' investigation into a blast that kills two people. Meanwhile, Watson wants Holmes to have a sponsor.

Haven (Syfy) 10 p.m. - "Burned"

The latest troubled case involves a little girl. Meanwhile, Audrey struggles to change her fate, and a series of chilling events leads her straight to the Bold Gun Killer.

On Bio's My Ghost Story: Caught on Camera (9 p.m.), a 3-year-old boy sees a child spirit in a Pennsylvania hotel. On the channel's Haunted Encounters: Face to Face (10 p.m.), Lizzie Borden's house and the Silent Movie Theatre in L.A. are investigated for supernatural activity. On the Travel Channel's Ghost Adventures (9 p.m.), it's a look at the Wild West. And on the channel's The Dead Files (10 p.m.), Steve and Amy delve into spooky events that are affecting a mother and her eight children in Parkersburg, W.Va.

Saturday, Dec. 1

Star Wars: The Clone Wars (Cartoon) 9:30 a.m. - "Secret Weapons"

R2-D2 and other droids from the Republic are sent on a mission to recover an encryption module from the Separatists.

Dragonwasps (Syfy) 9 p.m.

They're not just really big wasps. ... They're not just dragons. ... No! They're big, nasty, fire-breathing dragonwasps! Stargate's Corin Nemec stars in this Saturday night Syfy movie about a pretty entomologist who goes on a quest to find her missing father in the jungles of Belize. Dominika Juillet and Benjamin Easterday also star.

Sunday, Dec. 2

Once Upon a Time (ABC) 8 p.m. - "Queen of Hearts"

Winter finale! It used to be that when a program broke for the holidays and was off for a month or so, it just went into reruns. Now it has a "winter finale." Well, in this winter finale, the bad guys join forces as Regina and Mr. Gold try to stop Cora from reaching Storybrooke, an act that might also kill Emma and Mary Margaret. Meanwhile, in the fairy-tale world, Captain Hook connects with the Queen of Hearts.

666 Park Avenue (ABC) 10 p.m. - "Hypnos"

Whoopi Goldberg alert! Jane is transported into the past to 1927, where she learns about a family connection with the Drake. Meanwhile, Sasha's identity is revealed and Henry mulls the possibility of running for city council.

The Walking Dead (AMC) 9 p.m. - "Made to Suffer"

Midseason finale! It looks like it's all coming to a head as Rick's group readies to storm Woodbury to save Glenn and Maggie, while a Woodbury crew heads to the prison. Will Glenn and Maggie get rescued from the evil Governor? Will Andrea realize she's sleeping with the Big Bad? Will Darrell and Meryl have a warm and fuzzy brotherly reunion? Who's going to die, and what shocking events will happen that will leave us panting for more ... AND WAITING UNTIL FEBRUARY?

Talking Dead airs at 11 p.m. with Chris Hardwick hosting as The Walking Dead cast, crew and fans discuss the episode.

On the Animal Planet's Finding Bigfoot: Further Evidence (9 p.m.) the Bigfoot investigators head to the Morgan-Monroe State Forest in Indiana to delve into a Bigfoot photo in "Hoosier Bigfoot." And on the channel's Finding Bigfoot (10 p.m.), multiple sightings lead the investigators to the Sierra Nevada mountains in California in "The Sierra Spy."
