TV THIS WEEK: Goodbye, Chuck! Hello, Touch and Spartacus! And more!

After five seasons, Chuck bows out with a two-hour finale, while Starz premieres its new season of Spartacus: Vengeance and Fox gives us a taste of Touch.

Also, this week, the hunt is on for a child killer on Alcatraz, Aidan has vampire issues on Being Human, Bo hunts for stolen gems on Lost Girl, TAPS gets wet during a suken investigation on Ghost Hunters, Cyril gets promoted on Archer, Peter and the team looks for a girl who can see the future on Fringe, James Callis gets mysterious on Merlin, Paul's powers develop in The Fades, things get hot in Miami thanks to Syfy's Swamp Volcano, and Sidney hunts for dirt on Regina on Once Upon a Time.

Monday, Jan. 23

Alcatraz (Fox) 9 p.m. - "Kit Nelson"

Rebecca and Doc try to track down a child killer, who has a history of kidnapping and killing his victims, and then returning them home. Any guess on how long it will take to get some answers to some of the mysteries that have popped up already on the series?

Being Human (Syfy) 9 p.m. - "Do You Really Want To Hurt Me?"

Sally learns how the ins and outs of a new power thanks to her new spirit friends. Meanwhile, Josh and Nora have relationship issues, and Aidan gets sucked back into the vampire scene in a big way

Lost Girl (Syfy) 10 p.m. - "Where There's a Will, There's a Fae"

Hoping to find out more about her past from a Will-o-the-Wisp, Bo takes a job to locate someone who stole gems from him in exchange for information.

Wednesday, Jan. 25

Touch (Fox) 9 p.m. - "Pilot"

A special preview! Taking advantage of the massive American Idol audience, Fox uses it as a lead-in and gives us a preview of this Monday night "preternatural" drama, which makes its series premiere on March 19.

Kiefer Sutherland plays a very non-Jack Bauer role as Martin Bohm, the father of a troubled boy named Jake. Martin's desperate efforts to communicate with his son lead him to discover that Jake has been trying to communicate with him too, through numbers. Martin learns that his son is deeply gifted and sees the connections in everything, and that that gift will shape humanity's destiny. Touch was created by Tim Kring (Heroes) and also stars Danny Glover, Gugu Mbatha-Raw and David Mazouz.

Ghost Hunters (Syfy) 9 p.m. - "Flooded Souls"

It's an underwater investigation for TAPS as they head to Tennessee to explore a flooded graveyard.

Face Off (Syfy) 10 p.m. - "Rock Your Body"

The contestants are faced with a nude body-painting challenge involving creating an album cover for hip-hop star and guest judge Asher Roth.

Thursday, Jan. 26

Archer (FX) 10 p.m. - "El Contador"

Nobody's impressed when Cyril is promoted to being a field agent or when Malory puts into effect a strict drug-testing policy.

Friday, Jan. 27

Chuck (NBC) 8 p.m. - "Chuck Versus Sarah" and "Chuck Versus the Goodbye"

Two-hour, two-episode series finale! It's been five years and countless missions since Chuck opened that Intersect-laden email. If you watched last week, you know what Sarah's final mission is, and it's one that might be the end of Chuck. Elsewhere, Ellie and Awesome are offered an opportunity that just might change their lives. Angus Macfadyen and Linda Hamilton guest-star, and I have a feeling some other familiar faces might pop up. How do you think it's all going to end?

Fringe (Fox) 9 p.m. - "Forced Perspective"

Peter joins the search for a girl who may have the power to see the future, and Olivia frets about the Observers' warning.

James Callis alert! Merlin is drawn to the mysterious Julius Borden (Callis), who claims to have a magical secret involving the tomb of Ashkanar, an ancient mausoleum that may just hold the last remaining dragon's egg.

Spartacus: Vengeance (Starz) 10 p.m. - "Fugitivus"

Season premiere! It's a new Spartacus and a new season that picks up where season one left off, as Spartacus finds himself struggling with the responsibilities of leading the freed slaves. Elsewhere, Claudius Glaber is sent to Capua to deal with Spartacus.

On the Cartoon Network's Star Wars: The Clone Wars (8 p.m.), Anakin hunts Obi-Wan, who's in disguise, and Cad Bane across the galaxy in "Friends and Enemies." On the network's Generator Rex (8:30 p.m.), Rex tries to get to Abysus before the Black Knight and Providence in "Assault on Abysus." And on G4's Blade (11 p.m.), it's a reunion for Blade with the man who trained him as a vampire hunter in "Dead on Arrival."

Saturday, Jan. 28

The Fades (BBC America) 9 p.m. - "Episode 3"

Paul discovers new things about his powers, and he makes a decision about leaving. Meanwhile, several Angelics arrive to check out the new guy.

Swamp Volcano (Syfy) 9 p.m.

It's Syfy's Saturday night at the movies! Rachel Hunter and Brad Dourif star in this film about a volcanologist who tries to stop a volcano from wiping out Miami. Of course, there's also an evil oil company at the center of things. Shocker!

Once Upon a Time (ABC) 8 p.m. - "Fruit of the Poisonous Tree"

In the real world, Sidney seeks to join forces with Emma in the search for evidence that would expose Regina's corruption, and Mary Margaret and David continue to be drawn to each other. Meanwhile, in the fairytale world, King Leopold gets three wishes from a genie.
