It's finale time as several of the fall shows end their seasons going to war, including the dark magic sisters battling the Witch Hunters on the season-one finale of The Secret Circle, the Fringe team trying to save the world against a newly discovered villain, and Once Upon a Time's epic conflict of good vs. evil.

Also this week, the gang deals with the fallout of the Astraeus mission on Eureka, Kenzi summons something dangerous on Lost Girl, the team takes on Bigfoot on Fact or Faked, Grant's final investigations continue on Ghost Hunters, someone's getting married on the season-five finale of The Big Bang Theory, Elena revisits her parents' death on The Vampire Diaries, there's a government conspiracy on Person of Interest, Martin may have a way to communicate with Jake on Touch, Britten gets trapped in one reality on Awake, a creature with big feet becomes a problem for Nick on Grimm, Sam and Dean hunt for ingredients to stop the leviathans on Supernatural, parasites become a problem for four friends on Syfy's movie Growth, Daenerys hunts for her dragons on Game of Thrones, and Sherlock is back and on the hunt for "The Hounds of Baskerville."

Here's what we have to look forward to this week on sci-fi, fantasy and paranormal TV.
