TV THIS WEEK: Syfy's big week pops with Alphas, Eureka and more!

Oh, this just may be the biggest week Syfy's ever had, with six new and returning shows premiering. We'll get the new scripted series Alphas, and the reality series Legend Quest along with the premieres of Eureka, Warehouse 13, Haven and Ghost Hunters International.

Also this week, the Big Bad Wolf goes after Scott and the gang at the high school on Teen Wolf, Chloe meets two more members of her race on The Nine Lives of Chloe King, Bender goes into witness protection on Futurama, Grimes has issues on Ugly Americans, Jack's the only mortal man on Earth on Torchwood: Miracle Day, a legend returns to Forthaven on Outcasts, it's a Super Eruption on Syfy's Saturday Night at the Movies, Eric goes missing on True Blood, and the camp readies for a skitter attack on Falling Skies.

Here's what we have to look forward to this week on sci-fi, fantasy, paranormal and spy-fi TV.

Monday, July 11

Eureka (Syfy) 8 p.m. - "Liftoff"

Season 4.5 premiere! Someone's getting married—or are they? Meanwhile, Zane pesters Jo about why their kiss didn't feel like a first kiss, and an accident of astronomical proportions takes Fargo and Zane on an unscheduled trip.

Warehouse 13 (Syfy) 9 p.m. - "The New Guy"

Season-three premiere! The team takes on a rock legend's guitar that causes trouble in Jersey City, N.J., and Artie and Claudia meet an ATF agent who can tell when people are lying by looking into their eyes. But where the heck is Myka? Smallville's Aaron Ashmore joins the cast as Steve Jinks.

Alphas (Syfy) 10 p.m. - "Pilot"

Series premiere! A unusual team of ordinary people with extraordinary abilities called Alphas look into an impossible shooting that may have been perpetrated by someone like them.

Teen Wolf (MTV) 10 p.m. - "Night School"

Oh, the horror! The gang gets trapped at the high school overnight as the Alpha stalks them. So do you think Derek really bit the dust? Is Scott's boss the Alpha?

The Nine Lives of Chloe King (ABC Family) 9 p.m. - "Girls Night Out"

Chloe meets two South American Mai girls and learns more about herself and the Mais. Meanwhile, Whitley decides Brian should go back to college, and Paul takes Chloe's advice about romance. What do you think? Is this the next Buffy or a Buffy wannabe?

Ghost Hunters International (Syfy) 9 p.m. - "Rising From the Grave: Trinidad"

Season-three premiere! The GHI team heads to Trinidad to investigate claims of the spirit of a cocoa plantation owner who tortured and murdered his slaves.

Legend Quest (Syfy) 10 p.m. - "Ark of the Covenant; Mayan Talking Cross"

Series premiere! Historian and symbologist Ashley Cowie, a Scottish Knight Templar, goes all Da Vinci Code in trying to track down some of history's greatest and most mysterious artifacts. First up, he's on the hunt for the Lost Ark of the Covenant and the Mayan Talking Cross.

On the Science Channel's Through the Wormhole With Morgan Freeman (10 p.m.), scientists explore the question "How Does the Universe Work?" And on ABC's Primetime Nightline: Beyond Belief (10 p.m.), Terry Moran investigates whether evil in the form of the devil or demons really exists in "Battle With the Devil."

Thursday, July 14

Futurama (Comedy Central) 10 p.m. - "The Silence of the Clamps"

When Bender testifies against the Robot Mafia he has to enter witness protection to keep from being whacked.

Ugly Americans (Comedy Central) 10:30 p.m. - "Ride Me to Hell"

Grimes has issues when his favorite TV show, "Dishonorable Discharge," is canceled, so Mark tries to help him with a little therapy.

On USA's Burn Notice (9 p.m.), Michael and the gang try to clear Barry's brother of a crime in "No Good Deed." And on FX's Wilfred (10 p.m.), the shaggy pooch/man goes to doggy day care on "Acceptance."

Torchwood: Miracle Day (Starz) 10 p.m. - "Rendition"

With Torchwood back together again, Captain Jack realizes he may be the only person on Earth who can die. Elsewhere, Oswald Danes gets an offer he may not be able to refuse.

Haven (Syfy) 10 p.m. - "A Tale of Two Audreys"

Season two premiere! Audrey Parker and Nathan must deal with events that appear to be Biblical plagues, as well as a second Audrey Parker who also claims to be an FBI agent.

On the Travel Channel's Paranormal Challenge (9 p.m.), two teams hunt for ghosts at the "West Virginia Penitentiary" in Moundsville, W.Va., which may just be haunted by an angry inmate.

Saturday, July 16

Outcasts (BBC America) 9 p.m. - "Episode 5"

The residents of Forthaven are shocked when a Carpathian legend who was presumed dead turns up. Meanwhile, Cass and Fleur travel to parts of the planet that haven't been explored, and Berger's power base grows.

Super Eruption (Syfy) 9 p.m.

In this Syfy Saturday night movie, Richard Burgi and Juliet Aubrey star as a firefighter and a volcanologist who must battle together to save lives when there's an eruption at Yellowstone National Park.

True Blood (HBO) 9 p.m. - "I'm Alive and on Fire"

Alcide helps Sookie search for Eric, and Bill discovers he has something in common with the Bellefleurs. Meanwhile, Marnie tries to break a spell, and Jason's still all tied up when it comes to getting out of his troubles in Hotshot.

Falling Skies (TNT) 10 p.m. - "Sanctuary, Part 1"

Part one of two! When a member of the resistance shows up at the camp and warns that the aliens are about to attack, Tom and Captain Weaver must decide if the children should be sent off ahead of the rest of the group for their safety.
