TV THIS WEEK: Torchwood's back, Futurama's Fry quits and more!

Finally! Torchwood. Is. Back. And so is Captain Jack Harkness, which means something big is happening on planet Earth and it's not going to be good. We'll also get a hot and heavy True Blood, which brings about more witchy trouble, and a Minority Report-esque Futurama this week.

Also—Scott's looking for a way to control himself with Allison on Teen Wolf, Chloe explores her superpowers in The Nine Lives of Chloe King, The Walking Dead pop up on Hollywood Treasure, Callie gets a sister on Ugly Americans, a rogue AC gets into Forthaven on Outcasts and the freedom fighters try to save harnessed kids on Falling Skies.

Monday, July 4

Teen Wolf (MTV) 10 p.m. - "Heart Monitor"

Derek continues to work on an alliance with Scott, in his own scary kind of way. Meanwhile, what Scott really wants is to figure out how to control his wolfy nature so he can be with Allison. And what Jackson really wants is to know what makes Scott special.

The Nine Lives of Chloe King (ABC Family) 9 p.m. - "All Apologies"

It's let's-explore-her-superpowers-time as Chloe adapts to having sonic hearing and Jasmine and Alek attempt to train Chloe to embrace her inner superhero. Meanwhile, Whitley tries to use bribery when he ousted by the Order.

Hollywood Treasure (Syfy) 10 & 10:30 p.m. - "The Zombie and the Rocketeer" and "A Borg in the Basement"

Season finale! Joe and his team dig into collectibles from The Walking Dead and auction off Star Trek memorabilia for charity in the final two episodes of the season.

Then on the Science Channel's Through the Wormhole with Morgan Freeman (10 p.m.), scientists dig into the question, "Is there a Sixth Sense." And ABC's Primetime Nightline: Beyond Belief (10 p.m.), Bill Weir delves into reports around the world of people who claim to have seen the Virgin Mary in "The Miracle Mysteries."

Futurama (Comedy Central) 10 p.m. - "Law & Oracle"

Fry quits his job and joins the Future Crimes Division of the police department as the series goes a little Minority Report and TRON on us.

Ugly Americans (Comedy Central) 10:30 p.m. - "Callie and Her Sister"

When Callie's parents get back together briefly, the union produces a baby girl whose growth is accelerated, and Callie and Mark reluctantly agree to raise the child.

And on FX's Wilfred (10 p.m.), Ryan's neighbor Spencer visits to return Ryan's missing wallet in "Fear."

Torchwood: Miracle Day (Starz) 10 p.m. - "The New World"

Season four premiere! Torchwood is back FINALLY, but we're going to have to get Starz to see it! In the premiere, Captain Jack (John Barrowman) and Gwen Cooper (Eve Myles) return as the world suffers another crisis when death literally takes a holiday. However, the human race quickly learns that Miracle Day is no miracle. The ten-episode season also stars Mekhi Phifer, Bill Pullman and Lauren Ambrose.

True Blood (HBO) 9 p.m. - "If You Love Me, Why Am I Dyin'?"

Things are heating up on True Blood as Sookie makes a deal with a confused Eric and Jason worries about being transformed. Meanwhile, Jessica has a moral issue, Tommy tries to drag Sam into a moneymaking scheme and Marnie hunts for a spirit.

Hal and the freedom fighters attempt a dangerous plan to rescue Ben and other harnessed kids.
