Walking Dead redone with terrible lip syncing might be the funniest thing you'll see today

What happens when you take tense footage from The Walking Dead, chop out the dialogue and replace it with insane lip-synced gibberish? This, and we still haven’t stopped laughing.

This isn’t the first time the team at Bad Lip Reading have set their sights on AMC’s hit zombie series, but this latest 4+ minute clip might just be the funniest. The lip-sync job features arguments over turtles and dolphins, plus some absolutely hilarious singing walkers.

What makes this footage so darn funny is the fact that these scenes are all insanely serious and dramatic. Much like that extraordinary awkward, music-less Star Wars scene, it’s fascinating the difference sound can make. Swap out the words and The Walking Dead becomes one of the weirdest shows in, well, ever.

I’m afraid we’ll be humming “I’m gonna say hi, to the guy, with the knife,” well into the weekend. So while we patiently wait to learn how the heck Rick and company will escape that train car when the new season debuts Oct. 12, kick back and have a good laugh.
