After conjuring a terrifying horror film featuring real-life paranormal investigators and demonologists Ed (Patrick Wilson) and Lorraine Warren (Vera Farmiga) with The Conjuring, future Aquaman director James Wan (who managed to scare the c*@p out of me with Insidious) is back at it again with the highly anticipated sequel, The Conjuring 2.

In the wake of WonderCon over the weekend, Warner Bros. has released a scary new trailer for their upcoming horror movie based on one of England’s most notorious haunted house cases, which has often been referred to as "England’s Amityville," the Enfield Poltergeist.

As you’ll see in the trailer below, along with the creepy haunting of defenseless children and the scares, the case gets even more personal for our dynamic duo of paranormal investigators when Lorraine becomes aware that Ed’s life is in imminent danger. Check it out:

Director James Wan brings this supernatural thriller to the screen with another real case from the files of renowned demonologists Ed and Lorraine Warren. Reprising their roles, Oscar nominee Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson star as Lorraine and Ed Warren, who, in one of their most terrifying paranormal investigations, travel to north London to help a single mother raising four children alone in a house plagued by malicious spirits.

Along with Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga, the movie stars Frances O’Connor, Franka Potente and Orphan Black’s Maria Doyle Kennedy.

The Conjuring 2 will arrive in theaters on June 10.
