Watch this blacksmith's Wolverine claws cut through metal like it was nothing

Wolverine claws are available for sale, but they're never terribly realistic. They're usually made of plastic or foam. Even the metal ones are constructed specifically to be blunt. And that makes sense, especially if you want to wear your Wolverine costume at a convention.

But blacksmith Tony Swatton didn't want to make a costume piece. He wanted to make the real thing. And that is precisely what he's done with these claws.

The first few minutes are all about the construction, but the best part comes in the last minute or so, where we see the claws in action. And they can slice right through anything. Which makes us really glad they exist, but even more happy that they aren't for sale.
