This week has been a busy week for nerds everywhere, what with the 2018 edition of E3 unleashing video game announcements and trailers left and right. And let's not forget Incredibles 2 opened in theaters today.

SYFY WIRE contributing editor Karama Horne is back this week and she's accompanied by editor-in-chief Adam Swiderski. The pair takes a look at some of the best E3 news for the June 11-15 video edition of Who Won the Week before digging into director Brad Bird's sequel to his 2004 Oscar-winning movie, The Incredibles.

The Last of Us Part 2, Fallout: 76, Bethesda's Starfield and Elder Scrolls 6, Beyond Good and Evil 2, and Marvel’s Spider-Man really stood out for us amongst the wonderful goodies revealed during E3. All of those games look really amazing and we can't wait to get our hands on them.

14 years in the making, Incredibles 2 picks up right where the first movie left off with our family of superheroes fighting against the Underminer. Adam thought the movie was great with lots of fun bits and superhero action although he felt it was tied to a bit of a shaky plot. Still, the movie looks gorgeous and the music's awesome, plus every character gets their chance to shine, even though it's mostly Elastigirl's movie.

Check out what more we had to say about E3 and Incredibles 2 in our exclusive video and find out Who Won the Week for us.
