In Part 3 of our exclusive In Conversation with Evangeline Lilly video series, the actress explains in detail how her love of storytelling and writing has evolved into a life-long passion that birthed her creator-owned children's series, The Squickerwonkers.
As a young Canadian in college, Lilly originally was a Political Science major intending to put her degree towards a career in relief work. But a little show called Lost presented her with an unexpected career in acting, which has served her quite well since.
However, her inner creative voice wasn't satisfied just telling other people's stories, so that inspired Lilly to pursue writing and publishing her own original tales. What she experienced in pursuit of making The Squickerwonkers series was a years-long journey she tells us about above, which should certainly inspire others with their own stories to tell.
