DC Super Hero Girls has been a major success for the comics giant and a major win for young female comic books fans, who finally have an major comics universe tailored for them. Since its launch in 2015, the franchise has spawned a TV series, comics, graphic novels, an impressive toyline, and more. It's only natural that the superteens of Super Hero High would follow in (one of) their predecessor's footsteps and star in their very own Lego-fied motion picture.
Tara Strong ( Harley Quinn), Grey DeLisle (Wonder Woman), and Anais Fairweather (Supergirl) from Lego DC Super Hero Girls: Brain Drain stopped by our studio at San Diego Comic Con, where they were premiering the film, to talk a little bit about their new flick and the influence Super Hero Girls has had on young female fans.
Lego DC Super Hero Girls: Brain Drain is now available to watch digitally via various streaming services and on DVD August 8.
