Sunday at NYCC is typically a day for parents to come with their kids, walk around, take in the ambience, and not much else. But as was the case with the entirety of the con this year, Sunday got stepped up in a lot of ways.

One of the ways NYCC made Sunday a little more content-heavy was by hosting some of the cast from Sleepy Hollow, a show that's already swinging for the fences again after a bit of a sophomore slump in their second season.

I had a chance to interview actors Lyndie Greenwood, Zach Appelman and Nikki Reed, along with producer and writer Raven Metzner. In the video below we chatted about the show's evolution; the addition of some new characters, including seamstress and super spy Betsy Ross; and some of the monsters we'll see in the coming episodes.

Some things you won't see in that video but are worth mentioning:

- Raven revealing how his parents' superstitions about names dictated the weakness for the monstrous wraith for Season 3's second episode.

- The reveal that Abby, Crane and company will face off against a genie.

- If Lyndie Greenwood could face off against any villain on the show it would be a slasher, especially one like Michael Myers.

- The ongoing argument over whether Abby and Crane will ever get romantic. They shouldn't, by the way. But the writers apparently talk about it constantly.

Sleepy Hollow airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. EST on Fox. If you gave up on the show last year, I highly recommend giving it another shot.
