When it comes to Thor’s epic history in comics, it’s safe to say that the source material can be somewhat overwhelming to newcomers.
But with the cinematic release of Thor: Ragnarok around the corner -- Nov. 3, to be exact -- it’s a perfect opportunity to brush up on your Norse mythology and kill some serious (hammer) time with the video below. Considered by many to be one of the greatest contributors to Thor since Stan Lee, Larry Lieber, and Jack Kirby created the character in 1962, Simonson sat down with SYFY WIRE to talk about his most recent Thor series, IDW's Ragnarok -- which is outstanding, but not quite as essential as his 2011 effort for Marvel detailed below.
