E3 2018 is over, but if you love video games then there’s a lot to look forward to later this year and beyond. As you can see in this video, SYFY WIRE sent Jackie Jennings to Los Angeles to personally check out four of our most anticipated titles.

At the very top of our list was the Playstation 4 exclusive Spider-Man title from Insomniac Games. Insomniac’s creative director, Bryan Intihar, gave us a broad overview of Spider-Man’s impressive open world. According to Intihar, players will be able to go anywhere in the city after they get past the first mission. He also stressed that the game gives Spidey’s alter ego, Peter Parker, a compelling journey to go along with his superhero adventures.

After that, we stopped by Squanch Games to check out Trover Saves the Universe, the new game created by Rick and Morty co-creator Justin Roiland. Trover lead designer Erich Meyr gave us a preview of the game’s bizarre sense of humor before describing how the creators fused the comedy with the gameplay.

Who wants to be a super villain? DC LEGO Super Villains is giving players the option of making their own bad guys or girls as the main characters alongside Lex Luthor, The Joker, Harley Quinn, Deathstroke, and several other big names from the comics. Executive producer Phil Ring shared a glimpse of the villains’ new abilities and the deeper secrets that can be discovered while playing the game.

Finally, we caught up with Scott Taylor, the project lead for Destiny 2: Forsaken, who gave us the intel on the expansion’s two new locations. And they look wilder than we could have expected.

Which of these games are you most excited about? Check out the video and let us know in the comments section!
