Today we have another special edition of our video installment of Who Won the Week. Instead of looking back at the week in geek, we’re actually looking ahead at a major event coming up this week: Chicago Comic and Entertainment Expo, aka C2E2.

That’s right, folks. SYFY WIRE is heading to the Windy City for C2E2 from April 6-8, as the official live-stream partner for the convention (as we were for Emerald City Comic Con a few weeks back). If you can’t attend, you’ll be able to tag along with us to live-stream panels and our Live Stage for some amazing goodies, including interviews, previews, tournaments, and more.

Contributing Editor Karama Horne and her Who Won the Week podcast co-host Dany Roth were on hand to tell us about C2E2 and who they were most excited to see during the upcoming event: Guardians of the Galaxy’s Dave Bautista and American Gods star Ricky Whittle.

Other guests appearing during the convention will include Legends of Tomorrow cast members Dominic Purcell, Brandon Routh, and Caity Lotz, as well as Justice League Unlimited voiceover cast members Susan Eisenberg and Phil LaMarr.

Adult Swim’s Toonami will be there as well as Supernatural’s Mark Sheppard, aka Crowley. Firefly alums Alan Tudyk and Gina Torres will also be in attendance, and you can look forward to an epic Dragon Ball FighterZ tournament.

We’re also back with our awesome Artist Alley, where comic book talents do live drawings of their comic book characters. We’ll also have interviews with several writers, such as Christopher Priest (Deathstroke), Mark Millar (Kingsman: The Secret Service, Kick-Ass), annnd the one and only R.L. Stine (Goosebumps).

SYFY WIRE’s Fangrrls, our Debate Club, and Fandom Files will also be on hand for C2E2, which you can live-stream at SYFY.com/C2E2. You can also follow us by using #C2E2 and #ItsAFanThing on Twitter.

For SYFY WIRE’s full schedule and guest list, head over here. Are you looking forward to following us for the 2018 edition of Chicago Comic and Entertainment Expo?
