What a recent career renaissance it's been for John Barrowman. Once relegated to the likes of Shark Attack 3: Megalodon (a must-watch if you haven't already seen it), the Scottish-American actor got a boost when his Capt. Jack Harkness became a fan favorite on the modern incarnation of Doctor Who. And things are continuing to come up Barrowman with his turn as Malcolm Merlyn on Arrow leveling up from guest star to series regular status in the show's second season. But, whatever he's accomplished recently, it pales in comparison to the chance to hang out in fancy steampunk garb and eat burritos with the one and only Wil Wheaton.

Don't believe us? Check out this exclusive extended clip from tonight's episode of The Wil Wheaton Project, in which Barrowman and the show's host get all gussied up steampunk-style and talk about Arrow and how to be the hero in your own story, even when you're playing the villain.
