Watch the LEGO Millennium Falcon that took 3 years to build in 3 minutes

Whatever you've been doing for the last three years—raising a child, getting a degree, finding the Higgs Boson particle—is not nearly as impressive and futile as rendering a CG re-creation of building the Millennium Falcon with Legos.

But that's exactly what Francisco Prieto did. First, he built Lego set 10179, to see how it all went together. Then he modeled each and every one of the 5,195 Lego pieces in his computer. And then he painstakingly animated each piece's assembly.

And, no, we are not worthy.

If someone could marshal the unbridled creativity and unmonitored free time of the Geek Nation, that someone could change the world.
