Are you, like us, feeling Doctor Who-deprived? We've got the solution: How about a brand-new Doctor Who mini-episode starring Matt Smith? Well, we've got it right here, right now, and it's wonderfully awesome!
The new three-minute mini-episode, titled "Good as Gold," stars Matt Smith (who's once again back in fine form as our beloved Time Lord) and Karen Gillan (as his companion Amy Pond), and it features the return of one of our fave big bads: the Weeping Angels.
The winning entry in the Script to Screen competition was revealed to be from Ashdene Primary School in Wilmslow. It's a competition where children from elementary schools in the U.K. and aged between 9 and 11 years old can have their Doctor Who script brought to TV.
The theme of the contest was—appropriately enough—the Olympics, which will kick off in London on July 27.
Have a look:
What do you think of that awesome winning script?
