We're still pumped from the news that Warner Bros. is finally working on a big-screen Justice League adventure. The flick's likely still a few years off, but it turns out we'll probably see a Batman and Superman movie team-up even sooner. Where?

No, Christian Bale and Henry Cavill haven't just confirmed that they're suiting up together. This is a big-screen pairing of DC Comics' flagship heroes, but it's not a live-action one. Warner Bros. has confirmed that it's casting voices for Batman and Superman to appear in the upcoming LEGO movie.

That's right, everyone's favorite building blocks are headed to the big screen. The LEGO flick's been in development for several years now, and it's finally far enough along that casting's begun. The film will star Parks and Recreation's Chris Pratt as an ordinary LEGO figure who's mistaken for a MasterBuilder and drafted into a band of heroes fighting to keep a villain from gluing the whole LEGOverse together.

Batman and Superman will likely pop up among those heroes, and they'll both have big-name voices. Will Arnett has already been tapped to voice LEGO Batman, and Variety is reporting that Channing Tatum is the studio's top choice for Superman, though he hasn't yet committed. The film will be directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, who previously worked together on Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs, with help from Robot Chicken director Chris McKay.

So the Caped Crusader and the Man of Tomorrow are set for an official team-up, even if they will be a bit blocky. What do you think? Will this make the LEGO movie more watchable?
