New York Comic Con has plenty of fun to offer attendees, but really only peril to offer the poor spacefaring Robinson family. The classic sci-fi unit is coming back to Netflix for Lost in Space's second streaming season, and its NYCC panel gave fans a glimpse into what's to come for the adventurers. The Jupiter 2 may have jettisoned them into unknown territory, but now this video makes it a little more known -- but no less dangerous.

Lost in Space showed off an exclusive sneak peek at S2 before its cast and crew boarded a Q&A, and you can now check it out below:

Fans are certainly ready to go "through the looking glass." The Robinsons? Well, they might prefer if the search for the Robot could stay at least a little normal. Like that was ever going to happen. A lovely rendition of "What a Wonderful World" scores the stark introduction to new worlds, alien landscapes (featuring actual aliens), and mysterious encounters befalling the family over the course of the season -- and frankly, we're here for all of it.

Featuring stars like JJ Feild, Toby Stephens, Sibongile Mlambo, Molly Parker, Maxwell Jenkins, Mina Sundwall, Taylor Russell, Ignacio Serricchio, and Parker Posey, Lost in Space documents the humanity-saving colonization mission of the Robinsons and those endlessly mucking it up.

Lost in Space returns to Netflix on Dec. 24.
