While we're pretty much excited about Doctor Who returning to our TV screens very soon (in 10 days, to be exact, but who's counting?), we're even more excited by this bit of news which could—or could not—be true. *MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD*
The Daily Mirror is claiming that three former Doctor Who companions will be making a return appearance in the Aug. 27 episode, ''Let's Kill Hitler,', alongside our current favorite Time Lord, played by the always fantastic Matt Smith.
Are you ready for this? Just in case, again, *SPOILERS*
Rose Tyler (Billie Piper), Martha Jones (Freema Agyeman) and Donna Noble (Catherine Tate), who all used to run around long corridors and such alongside David Tennant's 10th Doctor, are coming back for cameo appearances.
According to the Mirror's ''show source'':
"They don't have a big part to play, but fans will love to see them return and they are trying to help Matt in an hour of need.
"It is a humorous scene and it opens the door to any of them if they wanted to come back and do some more filming in the future."
Now, since the story comes from The Daily Mirror, no one would be blamed for taking this with a massive bucket of salt right about now.
However, Benjamin Cook, a blogger who also attended the ''Let's Kill Hitler'' premiere, also tweeted this:
''I also enjoyed Let's Kill Hitler's cameo appearance from - SPOILER ALERT! - B***** *****, F***** ******* & C******** ****.''
So does that mean that it's true? Guess we'll have to wait until Aug. 27 to find that out! What do you think?
