In her quest to conquer the world of cinema, the extremely talented Jennifer Lawrence has notched yet another massive accomplishment in her young career.

The actress, best known for her starring roles in the massive Hunger Games franchise, as well as her turn as young Raven/Mystique in the X-Men, is now officially the highest-grossing action heroine in cinema, according to the Guinness Book of World Records. Ever. Not bad for a 24-year-old.

Between the insanely huge success of The Hunger Games and the solid performance of her past two X-Men films, it’s no surprise that Lawrence takes the crown. Along with Lawrence, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire also notched an entry in the record book as the highest-grossing postapocalyptic movie ever filmed, with more than $854 million internationally. Well played.

Lawrence is an outstanding actress, and that talent has helped her land roles in two of the biggest franchises on the planet, genre or otherwise. Considering there are still two more Hunger Games films on the way via the Mockingjay installments, we’d think she’ll more than cement her place in the record books for years to come.

Once The Hunger Games eventually wraps up, what roles would you like to see Lawrence take on next, assuming she sticks around the genre?
