We're all somewhat familiar with the former Capt. Kirk's particular brand of talk-singing-poetry-slam-performance art, right? Well, Shatner has taken things to a whole new level with this cover of Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody." And the video ... it just needs to be seen.

I know what you were thinking: What my day's been missing is an eerily animated William Shatner head floating among the stars talk-singing Freddie Mercury lyrics at me. Thanks, weird-ass video, for filling that hole in my existence.

Oh, and there are random singing constellations tossed up in the sky. Seriously. You haven't lived until you've seen fish and Medusa barking at each other.
